Ok. I am here with the rather finalized chalet details.

Date: 12th June 2007
Venue: Downtown East Costa Sands
Room number: 1719 (Gulps. I'm not quite pleased with the word Room.)
Check-in time: 2.30p.m. (Everyone is welcomed by then. Duh.)
Fire starting time: 5+* (The responsible class comm shall start the fire! if we can.)
BBQ time: 6+* (We start to eat by then.)
Check-out time: 13th June 2007, 10.30a.m.
Well the actual schedule is not really planned yet. Maybe there won't even be. (:
